This ensures that the baking temperature within the chamber is uniformly maintained , and the penetration of the hot wind is absolutely powerful. The baked products exhibit a consistent color, optimal moisture retention, and a delectable taste.
2) The chamber employs SUS201 stainless steel with a thickness of 1.5MM, and the surface is fabricated from the same SUS201 stainless steel with a thickness of 1.2MM. This perfect blend of high-quality imported components guarantees superior stability and an extended service life.
3) The factory-standard original imported Japanese (Olympia) burner ensures lower fuel consumption and stable performance. Optional original Italian (Riello) burner is also available.
4) The oven features a sophisticated heating system that supplies heat to both chambers simultaneously.
