1) The original introduction ofGerman-engineered two-in-one oven technology , features low energy consumption with a sophisticated German design of three air outlets. This ensures low energy consumption, easy adjustment of return air, and full recycling of internal heat energy. This design guarantees that thebaking temperature within the chamber is consistent and thepowerful hot air system is deeply penetrating . Thebaked products achieve uniform coloration, excellent moisture retention, and delectable taste.
2) The chamber is crafted fromSUS201 stainless steel with a thickness of 1.5MM, while the surface is made fromSUS201 stainless steel with athickness of 1.2MM . This perfect blend of high-quality imported components ensures enhanced stability and an extended service life.
3) The factory default is equipped with anoriginal imported Japanese (Olympia) burner , which provides low fuel consumption and stable performance. An optional original Italian (Riello) burner is also available.
4) The oven employs an advanced heating system that supplies heat to two chambers simultaneously. It maximizes heat efficiency and effectively contributes toenergy saving and emission reduction . The temperature and baking times of thetwo chambers are independently controlled , ensuring no noise interference between them, easy operation, and consistent performance. The system can function as two 32-tray ovens, thus conserving space.
