1.Equipped with a powerful built-in steam function. The steam amount and time can be adjusted at any time. Flexible steam spraying function, adjustable spraying frequency, applicable to a variety of baking processes.

2.Accurate temperature control and Intelligent timing setting. Equipped with advanced customized computer control panel, which can intelligently adjust the temperature, time and store multiple sets of baking data.

3.The fire tube of our gas convection oven is made of high-grade seamless steel pipe, which separates combustion and heat energy, has high thermal efficiency and saves energy, and bakes products with better color, luster and fragrance. Our better heating material of ZMMAG electric convection oven has a higher temperature tolerance range and a larger thermal radiation range, better thermal insulation performance, to guarantees a more even baking effect.

4.Using advanced microcomputer control pulse ignition and flame detection system, in the event of unsuccessful ignition, accidental flameout, exhaustion of gas, etc., the gas valve can be automatically closed within 0.45 seconds, and a sound and light warning will be issued, which is safe and reliable.

5. Inner space air-duct design. The size of the air duct in the furnace is adjustable and equipped with lighting. The hot air outlet regulating device, adjustable air outlet and circular tuyere ensure efficient ventilation.

6.The design of multiple cooling holes on the back of the machine makes the motor dissipation more efficient.
