1)Equipped with computer control touch panel and two different rotational speeds and directions for both spring and bowl which can be switched any time.

2)The outside diameter of spiral hook is big and the speed is fast to cut off dough,it can help minimize the rise range of the temperature and increase water absorption to make dough is good in quality and the elasticity is increased. 

3)The belts is using the American imported and bearing original imported from Japan, highly durable.

4)Water absorption can achieve 60%, high speed rotational speed.

5)Equipped with safety cover, the running mixer will be powered off automatically when open the safety cover.

6)Imported components,low noise,more durable.

7)The frame is welded with 4mm steel plate as a whole, strong and durable.The mixing bowl,dough hook and safety cover are made of 304 stainless steel to ensure food safety and health.
